[Review] Sana Sini Restaurant, Wondering The Worlds in a Single Restaurant!
Hello Guys!
Last Monday, I got an invitation from Sana Sini Restaurant to celebrate their very first Anniversary! Wohoo... Who doesn't know Sana Sini Restaurant? Many of my foodies friends always reccomend me to try Sana Sini, as they said that it is the best All you can eat restaurant that they've ever tried.
As I got the invitation for Lunch, I went there like 12pm, located at the Pullman Hotel not too far from my office. It's not hard at all to find the place, since it is located around Bunderan HI. The restaurant itself located in the first floor of Pullman Hotel, right in the corner of the spacious lobby. Oh! Sana Sini has the concept 'Four in One', that means you can enjoy foods from four countries! From Indonesia, Japanese, Chinese and Western. How cool was that? Such a perfect concept for a big belly like me :p No wonder that they've won several prestigious achievement like 'Best Buffet Variety', 'Indonesia Tatler's Best Restaurant Award' and etc.
To combine those four countries in a single restaurant they have what they 'Station'. Yes, Japanese Station, Chinese Station, Indonesia Station, and Western Station. Not only that, they also have Dessert Corner, Wine Corner, and fortunately they just put a small Indian Corner! That's a lot I can handle.
So, to prove what my friends said, I looked around and here's what I got!
Signature Bread
Before starting my adventure in the Stations, this Signature Bread was served warmly to me. No wonder they call it signature bread, because I've never tried this kind of bread before. As a savoury-food-lover, this surely is a nice welcome snack (yes, snack!)
Chinese Stations
Dimsums got my very first eyes! So after wandering around the stations, I went straight back to the Chinese station to try these dimsums. It's quite fresh and yummy, Especially the shaumay, supa-dupa in love with the texture inside *x* Too bad I didn't try the infamous Hedgedog Pao but my friend said that it tasted good, will give it a try soon!
Still at Chinese Station, Roasted Chicken is surely something you shouldn't missed! Tasted good but sadly it wasn't served hot, maybe I should ask them to warm it first.
Japanese Station
Yes! My favourite kind of dish, Japanese! I tried quite a lot in this station but mostly sushi(s), shashimi, crab stick, and the fries. Guess what? IThey're all taste great! I can tell that all of the ingredients are fresh. I'm not lying, especially the crab stick, I'm craving for it now :(
Western Station
So in my visit to Sana Sini, there was this special dish called 'Salmon En Croute'. It's not regularly served in Sana Sini, so yeah it's special besides the price lol. So basically this is minced Salmon covered with crust so it's really crunchy outside but smoothly mouthwatering inside! Surely you'll love this dish.
Beside that Salmon En Croute, there are many other dish in western station like Steaks, Fishes, or any other western food that'll bully your belly haha
Oh I forgot to mention the price! Guess how much money you'll spend to enjoy ALL of those delicious foods? IDR 380K++!
It's so so soooo sad that I didn't try Indonesian, Indian and Dessert station because I was running out of time that time lol But It was a really nice experience trying Sana Sini Restaurant! And also, Happy First Anniversary Sana Sini Restaurant! Keep serving fresh and delicious food and Always be the best Buffet Restaurant! :D
Ps. Sorry for the late post! It was delayed because of my trip to Phuket, so enjoy!
